Description:

Automatic fiber filling machine QL005A is mainly used to fill the opened fiber into a bag that can be ready to sell to other customers requires small quantity daily time.

The machine can be arranged for non-airing bag such like plastic bag, also airing bag such like plastic woven bag.

PLC control system that 2 persons, one for raw material feeding and another one for filling device can control the whole line.

The filling time can be already set up from the control screen according to the weight and bag size.

Automatic bagging device saves laborer well.

All electricity key parts are adopted by the most famous world brand such like Siemens and Omron that is stable quality and has international service department in your local area.

The machine is running calmly because of the well dynamic balance processing.
